Annual ISP Embargo & IT Change Freeze
Along with many of our clients, suppliers and contractors, DHS operates at a reduced headcount during the December/January holiday period, to enable all levels of staff some well-deserved downtime.
To assist with your planning during this period, we would like to take this opportunity to advise that there will be a freeze on any IT environment changes between 1st December 2019 – 31st January 2020. This coincides with similar blackout periods by a number of DHS suppliers, and more importantly, with an embargo by all ISPs on new data communications connections from November through to the end of January.
Please note that our DHS Service Desk will be available as per normal during standard business hours over the December/January period.
